Conflict
Management Training - Two Day Course:
This course is designed to
help participants manage conflict, stress and anger when working
with clients. It will equip them with a basic knowledge of the
various techniques to help participants deal with difficult
situations, so that they can manage problems with confidence.
By
the end of the course participants will be able to:
- identify
what conflict is, why it arises and how it can be dealt
with.
- identify
potential 'hot' situations and assess risks realistically.
- recognise
the various stages of conflict and prevent them from
escalating.
- deal with
conflict with a greater awareness and confidence.
- utilise a
variety of methods for managing conflict successfully.
